Build Percentages Into Your Program

Using percentages in your weight training program provides students with individualized training loads.

To build with percentages:

  1. Navigate to your Builder tab and select or create a program

  2. Select the week and day where you want to start building
  3. Click Add exercise

  4. Search and select an exercise. You may add multiple exercises at once by clicking the (+) symbol.
  5. Click Done

  6. Choose Edit on the exercise

  7. Choose Add set to build your sets

  8. Choose the Select core lift dropdown menu to link your sets to a core lift

  9. Select a core lift

  10. Input your desired reps and percentages
  11. Click Save exercise

Please note:

🛠️ The selected exercise and core lift do not have to match. For example, a dumbbell row could be linked to the core lift: Bench.

❗Students must have a result entered for the linked core lift in order to see their calculated weights.
