# Build Worksets into Your Program

## Build worksets into your program to help you assess student progress in real time, save you time, and motivate your students.

### To build with percentages:

1. Navigate to your **Builder **tab and select or create a program

2. Select the week and day where you want to start building
3. Click **Add exercise**

4. Search and select an exercise. You may add multiple exercises at once by clicking the **(+)** symbol.
5. Click **Done**

6. Select **Edit** on the exercise

7. Choose **Add workset**

8. Enter target reps, load percentage, and link a core lift. Adjust rep ranges to determine how the work set result impacts the student’s max.
9. Click **Save exercise**

**Please Note:**

**🛠️** If you want students to attempt a max set, simply type "*max reps"* into the cell.

🎯 The core lift selected for the workset is the core lift that will be automatically adjusted based on the students performance.
