Build worksets into your program to help you assess student progress in real time, save you time, and motivate your students.
To build a Workset in your program:
- Start by navigating to your custom program
- Select the day/workout where you plan to build your workset
- Click Add exercise

- Search for your desired exercise and click the (+) to add it to your workout
- Click Done

- Select edit on the exercise you'd like to add a workset to

- Use the Add note and Add set functions to add in any other prescriptions for the exercise
- When you'r ready to build your workset, click Add workset

- Enter a target set of reps, load percentage, and core lift
Note: if you want students to attempt a max set, simply type "max reps" into the cell
- Adjust the rep ranges to reflect how you want the workset result to impact the student maxes
- Click Save exercise

Please note: the core lift you select for your workset is the core lift that will be automatically adjusted based on the students performance.
