Build Worksets into Your Program
Build worksets into your program to help you assess student progress in real time, save you time, and motivate your students.
To build with percentages:
- Navigate to your Builder tab and select or create a program

- Select the week and day where you want to start building
- Click Add exercise

- Search and select an exercise. You may add multiple exercises at once by clicking the (+) symbol.
- Click Done

- Select Edit on the exercise

- Choose Add workset

- Enter target reps, load percentage, and link a core lift. Adjust rep ranges to determine how the work set result impacts the student’s max.
- Click Save exercise

Please Note:
🛠️ If you want students to attempt a max set, simply type "max reps" into the cell.
🎯 The core lift selected for the workset is the core lift that will be automatically adjusted based on the students performance.
