In need of a hard copy? Learn how to print assigned workouts on an individual student basis.
To print a workout:
- Navigate to the Programs tab or the Builder tab (for custom programs) to locate the program you'd like to print
- Choose the program card you wish to print from

- Select Print

- Using the dropdown menus, input the week/section of the program, as well as the Group which you'd like to print workouts for
- Click Print - this will print the entire week of workouts for your selected group

Tip: Consider adjusting the margins in your computer's print settings to fit more workouts on each page. Additionally, you can choose to print only specific pages if you prefer not to print the full set of workouts for the entire group.
Please note: You must have a program assigned to your group in order to print workouts.
