💡 Before you begin
Program editing takes place in the Builder tab. If you plan to edit a PLT4M program, you must first create a copy.
To change or swap an exercise:
- Navigate to the Builder tab and select the program you'd like to make changes to
- Locate the exercise you want to change and choose Edit
- Select Change exercise
- Search and select the desired exercise and click Save
- Click Save exercise to save your changes
