Use the builder to fully customize your own program in PLT4M.
The Builder allows you to customize your own PLT4M program—this includes building from scratch, or modifying an existing program.

Steps:
- Go to the Builder tab
- Choose the "Create Program" Button in the top right

- Give the program a name in the pop-up that appears, click Save
- Next, you will enter the workout builder
- Use the navigation bar on the left to create, edit, delete weeks and days

- Choose a desired day and use the Add Exercise button to start adding exercises to your workout

- Click Edit to add details to the exercise such as adding notes, sets, weight %, worksets, or tests. Click Save to save your work
