Here's how to remove students who no longer need access to PLT4M.
Please Note: deleting a student removes them and any associated data permanently. It is common to remove students who have graduated, or, no longer need access to PLT4M. When a student is deleted, that student license becomes available for another student to use.
To delete a student:
- Navigate to the Rosters tab
- Select the Students tab in the top navigation bar

- Select the checkbox next to the students name(s)
- Click Delete, then Confirm Delete

Please Note: Keep in mind that teachers and coaches share students across PLT4M. For example, you may no longer have that student in your PE class, but they may still need to access PLT4M for athletic training. You'll want to be sure that no other staff member is working with a particular student prior to deleting them in PLT4M.
