How do I View Student Activity?

The Activity tab provides daily/weekly/monthly summary data as well as individual workout history 

To view a summary of activity:

  • Navigate to your Activity tab
  • Select the Day, Week, or Month view
  • Use the filters to input the Timeframe, Groups and/or Programs you'd like to view activity for

You'll be presented with summary data for your group such as total number of sessions completed, average workout duration, popular workout days/times, and any logged training metrics.

To view individual student workout history:

  • Click the red text in the "Sessions Logged" section

You'll be presented with individual workout details such as exercise completion, duration, logged results, and any recorded weights:

Workout log rules:

  • Session timeout - A session will timeout after an hour of inactivity. The session end time will auto-adjust to reflect the last time a student marked an exercise as complete.
  • Merge sessions - If a session is detected that is under a minute, and the system finds another session logged for that same workout—within a week—the student will be presented with the option to merge the two workouts.  The system is attempting to recognize that they are not actually initiating a second session within the same workout, but rather, they simply didn't finish logging their previous session.  
  • Midnight workouts - All sessions will be saved to the date of the sessions end time. A logged session that spans the midnight hour will save to the date that the session was ended.
