# Add and Remove Supersets

## This article explains how to superset and un-superset exercises.

### To superset exercises: 

1. Navigate to the **Builder** tab and select a custom program

2. Add or locate the exercises you want to superset 
3. Select the Superset icon that appears between the exercises

4. This will link the exercises together:

**Pro-Tip:** You may superset multiple exercises to create a Giant set.

### To undo a superset:

1. Locate the superset and select the superset icon that appears next to the first exercise
