How to Create a Participation Report

Participation reports allow you to see group and individual progress against specific programs, over a given time frame.

To create a participation report:

  • Navigate to the Reports tab
  • Choose  +Create report
  • On the Report creation menu, choose Participation report

Next:

  • Name the report
  • Choose a desired time frame

Using a rolling time frame like "This Week" will automatically reset the data displayed with each new week

  • Select your desired groups
  • Choose the program(s)
  • Select Save report at the bottom

How the report will display:

  • At the top of the report, you can see the group summary

To view participation details in excel, choose the Export Raw Data option 

  • Below that, you can see Individual student progress
  • Click the red arrow to view all sessions logged by an individual student
