# Create a Participation Report

## View participation for selected programs organized by time

### To create a participation report:

1. Navigate to your **Reports** tab
2. Click  **+Create report**

3. Choose **Participation report **as your report type

4. Build your report:  
     - Enter a name
     - Select a time frame
     - Choose your groups
     - Choose your programs
     - *Optional: *Select the **“Share with students in selected groups”** checkbox to send this report to student accounts. Students will only see their own data.
5. Click **Save report**

**💡Please Note:** Using a rolling time frame like "This Week" will automatically reset the data displayed with each new week.

### How your report will display:

Your report includes a participation summary broken down by program (if multiple programs are selected), followed by participation organized by student.

- Click **Download data** to export all logged sessions in a .csv file
- Click **Download report** to view the report in a .csv file
- Click the column headers to sort the data

- Click into a student to view the workouts they completed within the selected programs.

- Click the red timestamp to view details
