Create and Manage Groups

Groups help you organize students and manage access to workouts and lessons within PLT4M.

Create groups:

  1. Navigate to the Rosters tab and select + Create Group

  2. Enter a group name, select a registration type, and click Save group

Pro Tips:

Group names often reflect your class period or team. For example, 0 Hour Weights, 3rd Hour Fitness, or Varsity Football are common group names.

We recommend creating public groups so students can easily join the group(s) upon registration. This will save you the step of having to add students to groups!

Add students to your group:

  1. Use the (+) and (–) icons to add or remove students in your group. You can also use the filters or search bar to quickly locate students.

    For public groups: you may instruct students to join the group from their account

Please Note: Students may belong to more than one group!

Manage staff access to groups

  1. Within the manage group page, toggle over to Staff
  2. Use the (+) and (–) icons to add or remove staff members in your group

Assign programs to your groups

  1. Within the manage group page, toggle over to Programs
