# Insert a 1-Rep Max Calculator Into Your Program

## Allow students to enter weight and reps to estimate their 1RM using the Brzycki formula.

### To insert the 1-rep max calculator:

1. Within your custom program, choose **Add exercise**

2. Search and select the exercise to correspond with your max test and click **Done**

3. Choose **Edit** on the exercise

4. Enter any details that pertain to your test i.e. warm-up sets or notes

5. Select **Activate Test**, and choose the corresponding test

6. Select the **Use 1RM calculator** checkbox

7. Click **Save exercise**

**Please note:** The 1RM option is available for any metric with a numerical result for which a higher result is better
