Resend Activation Emails
Learn how to resend invitations to unactivated students or staff
To Resend a Staff Invite:
- Navigate to the Rosters tab and click into the Staff section
- Use the filter to sort for unactivated staff members

- Select the checkbox next to their name
- Select Resend Invites

To Resend a Student Invite:
If you imported a student roster, or manually invited students to join PLT4M, your students should have received an email which includes an activation link to create their account. If students are still displaying an "unactivated" status, you can resend the invitation.
- Navigate to the Rosters tab and click into the Students section
- Use the filter to sort for unactivated students

- Select the checkbox next to their name
- Select Resend invites

Please Note: The resend invite option is only available for students that have been added manually or via import as these methods required email activation. If students are registering with the join code, then this doesn't apply.
