How to Resend Activation Emails

Learn how to resend invites to any unactivated students or staff

To Resend a Staff Invite:

  • Navigate to the Rosters tab 
  • Select the Staff tab in the top nav bar
  • Locate the staff(s) who haven't activated yet
  • Select the checkbox next to their name 
  • Select Resend Invites

To Resend a Student Invite:

If you imported a student roster, or manually invited students to join PLT4M, your students should have received an email which includes an activation link to create their account. If students are still displaying an "unactivated" status, you can resend the invitation. 

  • Navigate to the Rosters tab 
  • Select the Students tab in the top nav bar
  • Use the filters or search bar to locate students
  • Select the checkbox next to the student(s) you'd like to resend invites to
  • Select Resend Invites

PLT4M Pro-Tip: Use the "Filter by status" option to filter for unactivated students, and then use the checkbox above the name column to select and resend invites for all unactivated students.
