Start a ClassMode Session

Use ClassMode to run group workouts, present instructional materials, and track student participation. 

A ClassMode sessions can be started in the ClassMode tab or within a program. Both methods are outlined below.

From the ClassMode Tab:

  1. Navigate to your ClassMode tab
  2. Select your desired program

  3. Choose a lesson

  4. At this point, you may choose to Add students if you want to track participation, or choose Presentation mode to proceed without tracking student activity.

  5. If adding students:  Use the search bar or group filter to find and select the students you want to add to your ClassMode session.
    • Use the (+) to add students, and the (—) to remove students
    • Use the group filter and select "add all students" to add an entire group to your ClassMode session
    • All students that appear in the right column under Students in class will receive credit for the session
  6. Click Done

  7. When you are ready to begin, click Start Session

  8. Click the Done buttons as you complete each section. You may end the session by clicking all the Done buttons, or choosing End session.

Launch ClassMode within a Program:

  1. Navigate to your Programs tab
  2. Select your desired program

  3. Select the ClassMode button

  4. Continue with steps 3-8 above.

💡Please Note: Personalized load prescriptions, exercise notes, and history are not accessible in Class Mode. For this reason, we do not recommend using Class Mode for individualized tracking.
